" No English Queen has made more impact on the history of the nation than Anne Boleyn, and few have been so persistently maligned. "

it’s raining.

not exactly an uncommon occurrence in london but usually during such a massive downpour peter was usually lucky enough to find some half decent place to sleep. tonight he was alone, wet, with no where to go. he was weak, as well, from the full moon the previous night which makes the whole situation even worse than it normally would be.

he sat down on the steps of a place – at least there was some minor shelter from the rain. he rubbed his itchy, tired eyes, getting lost in the white noise of the rain. suddenly there is a shuffle behind him and peter scrambles up to see a woman coming out of the place. “oh —- sorry,” he says, voice like he’s talking around marbles.

———— The clouds had moved in earlier that morning and it only signaled to the Londoners that it would, yet again, be another dreary day. It was a common occurrence Anne had grown to witness in England the past centuries and as odd as it was, she enjoyed the rain. The raindrops pattered against the windowpane, a rhythmic noise that would surely put Anne to sleep if she did not have mundane errands to run. The High Warlock of London didn’t need her assistance that day, so it gave her time to relax.

It was when she finally stepped out from her flat in which she nearly ran into a sort of large LUMP on the front stairs that disrupted her plans for that day. With the large umbrella ready to open, Anne paused the action and peered to look at what this pile had been and discovered that it was rather yet a BOY. The boy spoke, apologizing that he was sitting there. If there should be someone who is sorry, it’s me –  Anne responded. It was beginning to rain heavily now and the trip to the local market store was ignored. All her attention was placed on the boy. If you don’t mind me asking – What are you doing out here in the rain? You could catch a cold.
